Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund or exchange. Opened products can't be returned.

This policy applies to retail and wholesale orders.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
